100% Raw Cacao from El Salvador

£50.00

This isn’t ceremonial cacao.

You can search that term and find dozens that are—or claim to be.
But there’s no such thing as a cacao ceremony in traditional Mayan wisdom.

This is authentic, stone-ground, single-origin cacao.

A rich, 450g of unsweetened paste grown in volcanic soil on the edge of Lake Ilopango, El Salvador, where mangoes, bananas, chillies, coffee and vanilla keep her company.

No need for your usual caffeine jolt.
This cacao offers something deeper: a heart-opening, magnesium-rich ritual, especially vital for women entering their wise years.
With my guidance, you’ll create your own morning cacao ritual—for the days when you feel untethered, and long to reconnect with the spirit world before stepping into your to-do list.

This is for the DIY medicine woman.
For the spiritual seeker with dirt under her nails.
For the creative who knows that magic is homemade.

Each block of JOY WITCH CACAO was picked, fermented, peeled, roasted, and packed with my own hands—with guidance from Doña Edit and Don Marco, local stewards of cacao wisdom.
I tasted the fruit, honoured the land, and ensured it was from the criollo variety—the most prized for its depth of flavour and ancestral lineage.

And when you order from me, you’re not just getting cacao.
You’ll also receive a hand-carved morro bowl—because to me, it’s essential that you drink it the traditional way.

The vessel matters. The way we hold her matters.

Your kitchen cupboard will soon smell like elder wisdom and grandmother energy.

Because Grandmother Cacao is a companion

She’ll tug at your sleeve when you lose your way.
She’ll whisper truth when the noise gets loud.
She’s not here to be trendy.
She’s here to help you remember what you deeply give a f*ck about.

✨ Why You’ll Love It

  • 100% pure cacao paste – nothing added, nothing taken away

  • Magnesium-rich – supports mood, energy, and hormone balance (especially powerful for women entering their wise years)

  • Caffeine-free – a gentle yet powerful alternative to coffee

  • Heart-opening – ideal for ritual, meditation, journaling, or just coming back to yourself

  • Ethically sourced – grown and made in deep relationship with land and lineage

🌀 How to Use

Prepare your own ritual bowl of cacao:

  1. Chop approx. 25–30g of cacao

  2. Add in 200ml hot water and let it dissolve. No need to heat her up in the stove. Adjust water if you want it thicker or lighter.

  3. Whisk or blend until smooth and frothy - add your choice of milk for a milder option

  4. Optional: Add cinnamon, cayenne, rose petals or a drop of honey if desired—but she’s bold enough on her own.

Drink slowly. Eyes closed. Heart open.

🔥 Serving Suggestions

  • Morning ritual before your day begins

  • During creative flow or journaling

  • Before dance, meditation, or ceremony

  • As a monthly gift to yourself during your bleed

  • Shared with a friend, or just with Grandmother Cacao herself

⚠️ Please Note

This is a natural product. Cacao is a vasodilator and contains theobromine—avoid high doses if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking heart medication. Always listen to your body, and start gently. Consult a medical professional if in doubt.

Grandmother Cacao doesn’t perform. She remembers.
